The Book Of Delights by Ross Gay (2019)
Updated: Mar 16
A collection of about 100 essays from poet Ross Gay's experiment to document a different delight every day for a year. Some are funny, some are kinda dumb, some are really lovely, but they are all saccharine to the max. Reading this book is like eating a box of candy. Nice to pick up now and then for a treat, but if you read it all in one sitting you might get sick.
Big ups to Will Sonheim for letting me borrow this bad boy!
