This book is a river. Or a cup of hot tea. Or a little box of memories. Reminds me of the importance of liking things, and maintaining little traditions that make you happy. Sentimental without being sappy. Mundane without being boring. The beauty of everyday life! Exactly my jam!

In medieval England, just after the age of King Arthur, a magical fog of forgetfulness has clouded the land. We follow an elderly couple, Axl and Beatrice, as they brave the dangerous countryside in search of their long lost son. A sweet and melancholy look at love, hate, and how these feelings endure over time. Equal parts literary fiction and high fantasy. A good ol' novel.

This is THE graphic memoir. I don't need to tell you how good it is.
Filled with wild stories, and powerful truths. I could read this book forever. Wow!
